Rodrigo Valverde is an experienced corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and a strong background in legal matters related to e-commerce companies. Currently a Partner at Pro Solutti since October 2018, Rodrigo previously held the position of Partner at RV LAW from June 2009 to May 2019.
