Brian Grinter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian currently holds the position of Operations Director at Proagrica, a global technology solutions company focused on agriculture and food processing. Previously, they worked as the National Marketing and Publicity Manager at the Australian Air League, where they were responsible for promoting the organization and recruiting new members. Brian also worked at F4F Agriculture as both an Operations and Team Manager, and as a Senior Integration Consultant. In these roles, they facilitated collaboration and data exchange among supply chain partners in the agriculture and food processing industry. Prior to that, Brian was involved in development and support of manufacturing software for the Textile, Clothing and Footwear industry at SVI Retail Pty Ltd. Brian started their career in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Lending Manager before transitioning into the field of IT.

Brian Grinter's education history includes a Diploma in Business Programming from the Computer Power Training Institute, which they obtained in 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Evans High School, Blacktown NSW, and obtained a High School Certificate in 1988.
