Akhilesh Panday

Akhilesh Panday (PhD) is an experienced professional in the fields of Human Resources and Learning & Development, currently serving as the Head of HR and Learning & Development at Probus Insurance Broker Private Limited since December 2022. Prior to this role, Akhilesh held significant positions at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, including Zone Head of Learning & Development and Manager of Learning and Development. Additional experience includes serving as the Regional Manager of Learning & Development at Max Skill First Limited and Center Head at ICFAI National College, where Akhilesh developed business strategies and promotional methods. Earlier in the career, Akhilesh was a Faculty and Placement Coordinator at MGM's Institute of Management and a Medical Representative at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH.
