Alex Grigg

Alex joined Procare in 2015 and has over 14 years working in insurance, personal injury and employment services. Alex has extensive national experience across the Return To Work SA, WorkSafe Victoria, WorkCover NSW, WorkCover Tasmania, Comcare, Motor Accident (CTP) and Life Insurance schemes. Alex’s strengths include communication, customer service, analytical, problem solving and change management skills as well as an ability to develop innovative services for complex claims. Alex been recognised for being attentive and responsive to customer needs and ensures prompt and efficient integration of changes from customers back to our team. He develops and manages national business relationships and proactively drives service delivery that exceeds expectations. Alex is an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with qualifications in Psychology. He also holds a MBA from the University of South Australia.
