Christos Tasiopoulos is a Bioprocess Development Scientist at Procella Therapeutics AB since September 2022. Prior to this role, Christos was a Doctoral Student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from September 2016 to May 2022, focusing on engineering tissue models using silk proteins and various cell types. Additionally, Christos served as a Research Engineer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, contributing to a project on coating synthetic polymers with recombinant spider silk protein. Earlier career experience includes working as a Field Service Engineer in the sales department at J. Ladakis SA, where responsibilities included service and quality assurance of defibrillators, and as a Salesman/Promoter at Hellenic Duty Free Shops, promoting spirits and perfumes. Christos holds a PhD in Biotechnology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of West Attica.
