David Fung

David Fung is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple technology companies. As the Chief Executive Officer of Process Fusion since April 2015, David actively seeks talent to drive the company's growth. Previously, as Vice Chairman of the Board at Flipp from September 2007 to August 2023, David was a seed investor and played a key role in the company's strategic direction following a significant equity sale. David served as Executive Vice President at Bell Business Solutions from 2005 to 2006 after successfully selling Charon Systems to Bell Canada. From 2002 to 2005, David was President and CEO of Charon Systems, having repurchased the company from FutureLink US. Prior experience includes building FutureLink Canada as President from 2000 to 2002 and co-founding Charon Systems in 1991, where David led growth from 5 to 102 employees by 2000. David holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from McMaster University.
