Roger Dillie

Roger Dillie has a work history spanning multiple companies and roles. Roger started their career at Robert James Sales in 2005 as a Sales Associate, specializing in selling stainless steel products to new and existing customers. During their time there, they utilized AS400 software and emphasized building strong relationships with customers based on trust and product knowledge. Roger worked in this role until April 2017.

In 2018, Roger joined Process Technology as a Sales Account Manager, responsible for managing sales accounts and developing customer relationships. Roger held this position until December 2021. In December 2021, they transitioned within the company to become a Strategic Sourcing Manager, a role that they currently hold.
