Responsibilities

  • Gather and custody the HR documentation for the company's internal and external certifications.

  • In charge of the On-Boarding process.

  • Manage the registration and control of Bolivian benefits: Vacations, leaves and absences, public and private health insurance.

  • Participate actively in the process of hiring and induction of new hires.

  • Creative and execution participation in activities related to Culture and Work Environment.

  • Assist in the administrative area.

  • Guarantee preciseness of HR-related information.

Essential Functions

  • Provide efficient internal client service, responding to their concerns and queries.

  • Register, organize, and systematize HR-related information.

  • Coordinate meetings with internal clients and potential talent.

  • Analysis of HR data.

  • Employee onboarding tasks.

Minimal Qualifications

  • Bachellor degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar

  • 2+ years of experience in HR positions.

  • Organization and planning.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Deep knowledge of recruitment process, strategy, and tools.

  • Analytical and conflict-resolution skills.

  • English Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master in Human Resources Management.
