Joshua Willis, MBA

Joshua Willis, MBA has held various roles in the technology and customer service industries since 2009. Joshua began their career as a General Manager at Zaxby's Franchising LLC in 2009. Joshua then worked as a PC Technician at 3D datacomm in 2011, a Teller at Wells Fargo in 2011, and a Lead Support Operations Technician at NASCENT Technology in 2012. In 2013, they started working at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as an IT Service Desk Lead, where they were able to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Joshua also managed the student staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, discipline and timesheet approvals. In 2021, they began working at ProctorFree as a Technical Support Agent, utilizing remote desktop software to access test takers' computers and troubleshoot technical issues regarding software.

Joshua Willis, MBA has an extensive education history. Joshua completed their H.S. Diploma at Latta High School from 2004 to 2008. Joshua then went on to ITT Technical Institute where they earned an Associate degree in Specialized Technology, Information Technology-Computer Network Systems in 2011. After that, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Charlotte South, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they earned their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2016.
