Stefanela Martinovic has been in the workforce since 2017. Stefanela began their career at Marriott International, where they held the roles of Food And Beverage Operations Manager and Hostess. In 2019, they joined Proctorio as a Customer Advocate and was subsequently promoted to Senior Customer Advocate and Customer Advocate Team Lead.

Stefanela Martinovic completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Singidunum University between 2013 and 2017.
