Adam Grossman

Adam Grossman serves as the Chief Operating Officer at JANUS et Cie since February 2024, leveraging extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership. In November 2023, Adam assumed the role of Managing Partner at Academy Operating Partners, LLC, focusing on driving growth and improving EBITDA for multinational companies. As a content contributor to Procurement Foundry, Adam engages with a global community of professionals in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Procurement at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide, President at Serapis Capital Management, and Vice President at Alorica, among others. Adam holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
