Aurelio de la Puerta Quesada

Aurelio de la Puerta Quesada is an accomplished civil engineer with significant experience in project management and leadership across multiple regions. Currently serving as Project Leader for PRODIEL since September 2018, Aurelio is directly involved in the construction of approximately 1.8GW in Mexico, Central America, and Colombia. Prior roles include Project Manager at Abengoa, where Aurelio oversaw a gas compression plant in Tabasco, and Sub Gerente de Obra at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos, managing the Chucás Hydroelectric Project. Additional leadership positions were held in various projects in Panama and Spain, encompassing transportation infrastructure and hydraulic engineering. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada and a Master of Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
