Hayley Coxon currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Prodly. Hayley has over ten years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital strategy and brand management.
Coxon began their career as an intern at Monkeyhouse Marketing and Design in 2008. Hayley then worked as a zoning specialist for Site Enhancement Services before joining MWH as a Communications Specialist in 2009. After a year at MWH, they joined Envysion as a Senior Marketing Coordinator in 2010.
In 2013, Coxon joined Conga as the Senior Director of Brand and Digital Strategy. In this role, they led a team of 14 responsible for global digital strategy and programs, including the company's multilingual website, chat, email, SEO/SEM, digital advertising and content syndication, nurture, and webinars. Under their leadership, the company reversed a declining trend in inbound lead generation, growing leads by 20% in the first quarter and sourced bookings by 18%.
In addition to their work with digital strategy and lead generation, Coxon also managed Conga's global rebrand, overseeing the development of all new marketing assets and the complete rebuild of the marketing website within four months. The new website performed vastly improved, with a 40% increase in average session duration, 20% decrease in bounce rate, and 62% increase in conversion rates in the first six months.
Coxon left Conga in December 2019 to join Prodly as the Vice President of Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing Prodly's marketing strategy across all channels.
Hayley Coxon's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Saint Mary's College.
