Natacha Pavan

Natacha Pavan has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over several companies. In their most recent role, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ProducePay starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Inseego Corp from February 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the VP of Human Resources at ecoATM from October 2016 to February 2020. Natacha has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Outerwall, where they focused on ecoATM, from August 2014 to September 2016. Natacha has also held various human resources roles at EMC, including Director from April 2013 to August 2014 and Senior Manager from December 2005 to March 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Generalist at Captiva Software and in training and employee development at Irmandade Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Porto Alegre.

Natacha Pavan attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations. Natacha later enrolled in UC San Diego from 2001 to 2002, although no specific degree was provided. At UC San Diego, they pursued studies related to Human Resources.
