Velmurugan Manickavelu

Velmurugan Manickavelu is an experienced Solutions Architect at Product Madness since June 2023, following a substantial tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2010 to May 2023. During this time, Velmurugan held various positions, including Technical Architect, where responsibilities included leading the delivery of a transformational CRM program with a focus on data modeling and domain-driven design. As a Technical Design Lead, Velmurugan contributed to a customer portal application that significantly reduced contact center call volume. In the role of Project Lead Developer, Velmurugan played a key part in transitioning to a SOA architecture, which boosted airline visit rates and revenue. Early in the career, Velmurugan held several positions, including Junior Software Developer and Java Software Developer, gaining valuable experience in software development and production support. Velmurugan graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology in 2009.
