Dan Pupius

Daniel Pupius is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and product innovation. Currently serving as Fractional CTO at Float Health, Daniel is instrumental in connecting skilled hospital nurses with patients for home medication visits, contributing to significant cost reductions for payors. As a Product Development Advisor and Interim CTO at Productable, Daniel has helped establish an in-house product development organization and effective remote work practices. Daniel co-founded Range, a platform aimed at enhancing team efficiency through asynchronous check-ins and goal tracking. Previous roles include Head of Engineering at Medium, where Daniel significantly contributed to platform growth, and a Staff Software Engineer at Google, recognized with the Founders Award and Citizenship Award. Daniel’s educational background includes a MA in Industrial Design from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester.
