Willi Estrella

Willi Estrella began their career in 2011 as a Receiver Manager at Giant. In 2014, they joined Productiv Inc. as a Supervisor. In 2015, they were promoted to Operations Manager and then to Production Manager, where they oversaw over 60 employees daily and was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training personnel. Willi managed the assembly process to ensure product was delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards. Willi also improved efficiency of the production line by migrating employees, equipment, balancing the line, identifying quality constrains, and creating specific processes to ensure productivity and quality.

Willi Estrella attended Des Moines Area Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they completed General Education. Willi then went on to attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology.
