Annika Kim

Annika Kim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Annika is currently working as an Insights Manager at Productiv since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ZS as a Strategy Insights & Planning Senior Associate from January 2022 to April 2022, and as a Strategy Insights & Planning Associate from September 2020 to January 2022.

Before their corporate experience, Annika held various positions at Pomona College. Annika served as a Neuroscience Research Assistant from June 2019 to May 2020, conducting research in the field of neuroscience. Additionally, they took on the role of Community Partnerships Chairman for Pomona Employment Partners, where they engaged with small business owners and city officials to establish partnerships and design outreach programs.

Annika also gained research experience at City of Hope as a Research Scholar, working on an independent research project under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Annika had a research assistant position at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they contributed to the development of protocols for brain scans and worked on an ADHD research project.

In addition, they demonstrated their leadership skills as the President of the Jr. Volunteer program at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. During their tenure, they organized events and fundraisers, raising over $8,000 for the Sick Baby and Hospital fund.

Early on in their career, Annika interned for Congressman Pete Aguilar in California's 31st District as part of the U.S. House of Representatives. Annika also served as a Research Assistant at Keck Graduate Institute, gaining experience in a research-focused environment.

Overall, Annika Kim has a strong background in research, strategy, and leadership roles, with experience in various industries including healthcare, academia, and government.

Annika Kim completed their Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience at Pomona College from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they participated in a study abroad program at DIS, focusing on Cognitive Neuroscience. Prior to their college education, Annika attended Los Osos High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR/First Aid from the American Red Cross in August 2018, CITI Ethics Certification from Stanford University School of Medicine in May 2017, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from Stanford University School of Medicine in May 2017.
