Maxmillian Licht

Maxmillian Licht has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Maxmillian started their career as an Energy Specialist at Rising Sun Energy Center in 2014. Maxmillian then worked as an Office Manager at Safe Movers from July 2014 to September 2015.

In 2016, Maxmillian joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Real Estate Sales and Operations Intern. Later that year, they joined The Towbes Group as a Customer Service Representative, where they processed rental applications, conducted property tours, and assisted tenants.

In 2017, Maxmillian worked as a Licensed Realtor at Village Properties and also took on the role of Marketing and Transaction Coordinator. At Village Properties, they were involved in real estate sales and marketing activities.

From 2018 to 2019, Maxmillian worked at Zuora, first as a Sales Development Representative focused on generating opportunities within Fortune 500/Target accounts. Maxmillian later moved to the role of Sales Development Representative for the Zuora RevPro division.

Since 2020, Maxmillian has been working at Productiv. Maxmillian started as an Account Executive in the Bay Area and has now been promoted to Sr. Account Executive | Key Accounts. In this role, they focus on high propensity Upper Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts across the US, APAC, and EU. Maxmillian has been instrumental in developing Productiv's sales process, creating new content, coaching new reps, and partnering with product marketing and technical resources to enhance messaging to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Throughout their career, Maxmillian has achieved notable accomplishments, such as being the #1 New Business Sales Development Representative for North America at Zuora in FY2020 and achieving President's Club at Productiv back-to-back in FY23.

Maxmillian Licht has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from Coursera in January 2021 and a California Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate in April 2017. Maxmillian Licht also has an incomplete IBM Key Technologies for Business Specialization certification from IBM.
