Lauren Hackler

Lauren Hackler has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with internships at the U.S. Department of Commerce and Social Venture Partners Charleston. Lauren then joined Gartner in 2015 as a Client Partner, where they later became a Senior Client Partner for Global Enterprises. In this role, they focused on aligning research and consultancy support to IT, product management, and marketing priorities. Lauren joined RISC Networks in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager before moving to Flexera in 2019 for the same role. At Flexera, they ensured customer success throughout their journey by defining, supporting, and improving the value derived from the company's solutions. Currently, since 2021, they work at ProductPlan as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for driving customer success.
