Sushma Amin

Sushma Amin has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Sushma is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prodware Solutions since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead Consultant at Grey & White HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from September 2019 onwards. Sushma also worked as an HR Team Lead at People Edge HR Consultants, UAE & India from November 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they served as a Team Lead - HR at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2011 to November 2014. Sushma started their career as an HR executive at Six Sigma Alchemy (P) Ltd from August 2006 to January 2008.

Sushma Amin attended College of DuPage in 2019 for their German language education where they studied German Language and Literature at the A2 level. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
