John Hartung

John Hartung has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. John started their career in 2000 as a Software Development Manager at Abacus Communications, where they managed the development of client/server and web applications. John then became self-employed in 2001, working as a Senior Software Developer/Architect for a local finance company. In 2004, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Senior Software Developer/Lead, where they managed multiple development projects and staff members. John also mentored contract employees and was responsible for performance reviews and career development. From 2008 to 2009, John worked as a Software Development Manager at Novo Solutions. John then joined Super Systems Inc as a Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined CACI Federal, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer/Lead, specializing in SharePoint and .NET development for the US Naval Reserves. John returned to Professional Software Engineering Inc in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer/Project Lead and later took on the role of Systems Analyst/Project Lead in 2018. In the same year, they joined Super Systems Inc again as a Senior Software Developer. John has demonstrated a strong expertise in software development and project leadership throughout their career.

John Hartung completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, with a general focus, from Old Dominion University. John pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Management Information Systems from the same university.
