Richard Stuckey began their work experience in 1965 at Winn Dixie Stores, where they held various management positions in retail and eventually became the Director of Human Resources for 100 stores in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jacksonville State University, where they studied from 1968 to 1970.
