Richard Stuckey

Richard Stuckey began their work experience in 1965 at Winn Dixie Stores, where they held various management positions in retail and eventually became the Director of Human Resources for 100 stores in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. In 2000, they joined Professional Advantage as a Certified Instructor for Profiles International, Inc. Assessments. Richard also worked as a Strategic Business Partner at Profiles International Inc. In 2001, they became President of Professional Advantage and served in that role until 2003. From 2001 to 2003, they also served as Director of Employee Relations at Lodgian, Inc. In 2008, they became a member of the Planning Committee for FMI Future Connect. In 2009, they became a member of the Alabama Grocer's Association, and in 2014, a member of the National Grocer's Association. In 2016, they became a Partner at PXT Select Authorized Partner, providing assessment solutions utilizing their suite of tools.

Richard Stuckey received their education in the field of business management and marketing. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jacksonville State University, where they studied from 1968 to 1970. Richard then pursued further education at Troy University, where they obtained a BS Management degree in Business Management - Marketing from 1970 to 1973. Additionally, Richard Stuckey has obtained certifications such as the PXT Select™ Certification from PXT Select™ and the Profile International Instructor certification from Profiles International, Inc.
