Location: Chicago (3x/week in office)

Role Overview

In this newly created cross-athlete role on our growing team, the Manager of Commerce Media will be responsible for supporting Shelf Intelligent Media, a rapidly growing solution for automating & integrating Profitero’s digital shelf analytics with industry-leading retail media bid management platforms.

  • For Shelf Intelligent Media Activation (Search & DSP) customers, you will:
    • Help new customers activate Shelf Intelligent Media on platforms like Skai & Pacvue
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding, flag anticipated blockers, and set expectations
    • Work closely with customers to troubleshoot, share new features & onboard customers to test them
    • Collect feedback. You will represent the voice of the customer and directly influence our roadmap

You will work directly with your Associate Directors, agencies, and retail media partners to grow clients’ brands & our product capabilities globally. 

The ideal candidate has experience in retail media campaign management and is eager to build, grow, & learn as a team. You are comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy digging into platforms to proactively identify opportunities, diagnose blockers, and offer solutions.

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of retail media hands to keys experience with mid-market or enterprise clients. Retail search experience required; any DSP experience is a bonus

  • You’ve become a power user in one or more bid management platforms which may include Amazon Ads, Walmart Ad Center, KPM Prism/PromoteIQ, Pacvue, Skai, etc.

  • You can quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts and products

  • You’re ambitious, intrinsically motivated, a strong collaborator, detail oriented, and organized

  • You’re excited to work in a small, nimble team with high growth potential

  • You’re interested in working with media agencies & advertising/marketing technology partners

  • You have a high “do to say ratio” and value “achievement over activity”

What You’ll Do

  • Support implementation of Shelf Intelligent Media, working with the team, partners, and our shared customers to ensure adoption & continued usage of the products

  • Support implementation of existing/new features with clients. Generate interest, troubleshoot, gather feedback & incorporate into near- & long-term roadmaps

  • Analysis of Shelf Intelligent Media customer performance

  • Project management in trackers & software such as Trello

  • Work with your Associate Directors (you will report to one as your career coach, but support both) to provide your POV, use cases, and influence our product roadmap

  • Cultivate deep expertise about our industry, customers, offerings, and the competitive landscape

  • May occasionally help with H2K in-platform account management & development of L&D materials

  • Assistance with client facing presentations and case study development
