Jolanta Zych

Jolanta Zych is an experienced Senior Recruiter at Profitroom since August 2023, specializing as a Talent Partner for Product, Design, Engineering, and Digital teams while also engaging in employer branding activities. Previously, as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lokalise from March 2022 to July 2023, Jolanta managed end-to-end recruitment in over 20 locations, collaborated closely with stakeholders, and focused on Diversity and Inclusion. Earlier roles include Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Informatica from July 2020 to February 2022, where Jolanta handled multiple vacancies and collaborated with various departments, and extensive experience at Compact Solutions Polska in HR and Operations from 2011 to 2020. Jolanta holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Jagiellonian University and a Licentiate degree in Sociology from AGH University of Krakow.
