Laurie Guthrie

Laurie Guthrie has an extensive work experience history. Laurie started their career in 2001 at Sypris Test and Measurement, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant. During their tenure, they were tasked with developing manuals for databases and providing training sessions for various departments and branches. In addition, they served as the Quality Representative for two different labs.

In 2015, Laurie joined J&E Auto Body as an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper. After a year, they transitioned to CosmoLex - Web-Based Legal Practice Management Software, where they held multiple roles. Laurie started as an Office Coordinator in 2016 and progressively moved up, becoming the Manager of Client Relations and Onboarding, then the Director of Client Relations, and eventually the Director of Customer Success. Laurie assumed the position of Director of Customer Success in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Director of Customer Success in 2023 at ProfitSolv.

Throughout their career, Laurie has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success and building client relationships.

Laurie Guthrie completed their education in American History (United States) at American Military University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Elementary Education at Union College - NJ from 1996 to 2000.
