Jason Nicholas

Director, Customer Success at ProfitWheel

Jason Nicholas is currently the Director of Customer Success at ProfitWheel since February 2023. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Client Partner at Smartly.io from January 2022 to February 2023. Before that, Jason held the position of Client Partner, Americas at Ad-Lib.io, a Smartly.io company from April 2021 to February 2023. Jason also worked at Nielsen from January 2018 to April 2021, first as a Senior Account Manager in Customer Success, and later as an Account Manager in the same department. Jason has experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level organizations, implementing strategic account plans, and socializing ROI opportunities. Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University with minors in Global Studies, Information Design, and Corporate Communication, and Jason also completed the International Studies Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
