David Ericsson

David Ericsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Zenit Design Group, playing a part in the strategic development of companies like MultiQ, Axis Communications, Precise Biometrics, and Sony Ericsson. David then moved on to Global Merchandising Concepts in 2007, taking on the role of New Product Development Manager, where they worked on creating and implementing new product ideas in the point of sales area. In 2010, David became the Owner and Co-Founder of squarestreet LTD, a brand specializing in fashion accessories, and successfully ran the business for four years. In 2008, they started VOID Watches LTD, overseeing all aspects of the business as the Founder and Owner, including business development, product development, sales and marketing. Currently, David is working at Profoto as a Senior Product Manager Accessories, a role they assumed in May 2022.

David Ericsson received their M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Product Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, in 1997, they studied English A+B (40p) at Stockholm University. In the same year, they also briefly studied Astro and Quantum Physics at Uppsala University.
