John Libretti

John Libretti serves as the Managing Director at PROGRESS CAPITAL where John underwrites and analyzes property cash flow. John is also the Managing Director - Debt at Progress Realty Partners, focusing on acquiring well-located commercial real estate properties. In addition, John is the Managing Partner at The JL Group, a real estate acquisition and development firm. John is also the Founding Partner at Black Diamond Assets LLC, specializing in off-market real estate deals. Prior to these roles, John worked as the Marketing and Event Coordinator at Vanity Corporation and as the Head of Campus Operations at Campus Vacations. John holds a degree from Quinnipiac University.
