Erica McShane

Erica McShane has extensive work experience in corporate communications, media and analyst relations. Erica started their career as a Receptionist at Sally Silver Companies in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Erica then joined CHEN PR as an Account Executive from 1999 to 2001. Erica McShane continued their career at PAN Communications as a Senior Account Manager from 2002 to 2012. Their roles at Progress include Senior Manager, Media & Analyst Relations from 2012 to 2014, Director of Media & Analyst Relations from 2014 to 2018, Senior Director of Communications from 2018 to 2022, and currently serves as a Vice President of Corporate Communications from December 2022 onwards.

Erica McShane obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from Bentley University from 1996 to 1999. Erica also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership at Bentley University from 2023 to 2027.
