Ashwini Nagaraja

Ashwini Nagaraja is an accomplished IT leader with a diverse background in project management, quality assurance, and software testing. With over eight years at Progressive Insurance, Ashwini has held various leadership roles, including Information Technology Service Manager and IT Project Manager, and demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a DEI ambassador. Prior experience includes positions at iGATE, Siemens Medical Solutions, and other notable companies, along with a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore University. Ashwini also contributes to the community as a co-organizer for Women in Agile CLE and serves as an agile coach, advocating for inclusive practices in the tech industry.
