Marc Majers

Marc Majers is currently the Head of User Research at Progressive Insurance. Marc has experience in leading user research teams, conducting UX research, and teaching User Experience Design at Kent State University. In addition, Marc has a background in web design, development, and multimedia directing in various industries. Marc holds a Master's Degree in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University.
