Sarah Blackwood

Sarah Blackwood, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Progressive Insurance since July 2022. Previously, Sarah held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Specialist at Truliant Federal Credit Union from April 2019 to June 2022. At St. John Fisher College, as an Admissions Recruiter from August 2016 to April 2019, Sarah achieved the milestone of enrolling the largest freshman class in the college's history. Sarah's career began at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter, where recognition included a corporate “Voice of the Customer” award in 2015 for excellence in customer service. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Messiah University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
