Sylvia Bradford

Sylvia Kijanski, MLRHR, currently serves as the HR Consultant Lead at Progressive Insurance since October 2023. Previously, Kijanski held the role of HR Business Partner at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, overseeing HR functions for over 1,000 employees across 17 states. Experience includes positions at Sherwin-Williams as an HR Representative in Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed supporting district coordinators and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. Kijanski also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University, an HR Generalist at Union Home Mortgage Corp., and held early roles in customer service. Kijanski holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Health Care Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
