Maria Emilia Reta

Maria Emilia Reta currently serves as the Gerente de Desarrollo | Talento & Cultura at ProHygiene since August 2021. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Regional Culture & People Happiness, Innovation Leader at Findasense from September 2014 to August 2021, where strategic global projects and policies related to culture, talent acquisition, and performance development were implemented. Maria also worked as a Senior Consultant at Assistem Recursos Humanos from March 2012 to August 2014, leading executive search processes for top management positions, and began as a Selection Assistant. In terms of education, Maria holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de San Luis, a Specialist degree in Family and Group Relationships, and a diploma in Human Resources management, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Emotional and Organizational Ontological Coaching from the University of Buenos Aires.
