Carla Cooper, MA, CDP has a diverse work experience. Carla began their career as a Teaching Faculty at Bryant and Stratton College in 2012. In 2016, they were a Project Manager at Northeast Ohio Medical University and a Project Assistant at Cleveland State University. In 2019, they were a Technology Implementation Manager at Level 3 Audiovisual. In 2020, they were a Consultant at Next Level Management. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Project 10K, a Venture Studio, Software Development Firm, Growth Hacking Agency, and Venture Capital solution.

Carla Cooper, MA, CDP completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2005. Carla then went on to receive their Masters Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from Cleveland State University and Initiating and Planning Projects from UC Irvine.
