Lucy Webster

Lucy Webster has a strong background in product development and innovation. Lucy currently serves as the Product Development Lead at Project Eaden, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Innovation Manager at THIS from July 2021 to December 2022. Lucy also gained extensive experience at pladis Global, where they held the role of Lead Product Development Manager- Regional Brands from April 2017 to June 2021, and as a Product Design Manager from December 2014 to April 2017. Before joining pladis Global, they worked at United Biscuits as the Lead Product Development Technologist from September 2012 to December 2014, and as a Graduate team manager from August 2011 to August 2012.

Lucy Webster attended the University of Surrey from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition.
