Marianna Mood

Marianna Mood is currently the Managing Director and Head of Operations at The Onset. Marianna also serves as the Project F Talent Partner, aiming to create diverse and inclusive cultures in organizations. Previously, Marianna held leadership roles at The Adecco Group, Modis, Adecco, Randstad Australia Pty Ltd, National Employment Services Association, and Campbell Page. Marianna has a strong background in customer experience, operations management, and strategic leadership. Marianna holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and has completed various executive programs in business administration and leadership.
