Theresa Hall

Theresa Hall has a rich and diverse work experience. Theresa started as the President/Owner of CompuChild Services of America in 2001 and then transitioned to Director of Technology at Rochester Community Schools in 2005. Theresa then moved on to New Tech Network where they held roles such as Online Community Manager and Echo Community Manager. Currently, Theresa is serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Project Lead The Way, leading a team responsible for developing growth and retention strategies. Their extensive experience includes managing technology departments, leading training initiatives, and fostering collaboration across various organizations.

Theresa Hall completed their BA in Elementary Education at Butler University from 1985 to 1990. Theresa later obtained their M.A. ED in Curriculum and Instruction from Olivet Nazarene University between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, they received certifications in Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U and in How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit from LinkedIn in 2023 and 2020, respectively.
