Elena S. is an accomplished HR and L&D professional with extensive experience in talent engagement and development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Engagement & Development at the Project Management Institute since October 2022, Elena leads a global team to enhance workforce performance across eight regions, focusing on executive coaching and leadership development. Previously, Elena held several HR leadership roles, including Manager of Global Talent Engagement at Baxter International Inc. and Sr. Human Resources Manager at PolyOne, where significant efforts were made toward employee relations, performance management, and diversity initiatives.
