Ricardo Triana

Ricardo Triana, PMP®, PMI Fellow, serves as the Global Leader of Community Culture and Managing Director for Latin America at the Project Management Institute since March 2020. In parallel, Ricardo holds the position of Project Management Practice Advisor at UNOPS, overseeing infrastructure and development projects across various countries, including Zambia, Niger, and Costa Rica. Previous roles include President and Managing Director at Practical Thinking Group, where Ricardo specialized in consulting for government and private organizations. Additionally, Ricardo has a significant history with PMI, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2014 and as President of the PMI South Florida Chapter. Academic credentials include an Advanced Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business School and a Master in Project Management from UCAM.
