Dilara Lesser

Dilara Lesser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dilara currently works at project44 as the People Transformation Lead, responsible for leading and implementing organizational changes. Before that, they served as the Chief of Staff for the People Team at project44. Prior to joining project44, Dilara worked at West Monroe as a Senior Consultant, where they provided HR expertise to clients and managed project teams. Dilara also worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate, conducting HR due diligence for various deals and managing integration strategies. Earlier in their career, Dilara held roles at Mercer as a Senior Consulting Analyst, at MetrixLab as an Associate Research Manager, and at Carleton College as an Alumni Relations Intern and Resident Assistant. Dilara also gained experience as an intern at Mesirow Financial, Goldberg Kohn Ltd., and SGA Youth & Family Services.

Dilara Lesser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College in 2015. In 2014, they also received a Certificate of Intermediate Advanced Study in Russian Language and Literature from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Dilara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance, General from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completing it in 2021. In 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Dilara also holds a high school diploma from the Latin School of Chicago, which was completed between 2007 and 2011.
