Dilara Lesser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dilara currently works at project44 as the People Transformation Lead, responsible for leading and implementing organizational changes. Dilara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance, General from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completing it in 2021. Dilara also holds a high school diploma from the Latin School of Chicago, which was completed between 2007 and 2011.
