Jennifer Coyne

Jennifer Coyne serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at project44, a global SaaS logistics platform with a large employee base and prominent customers. Previously, Jennifer held the roles of General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Transdev North America, the largest private multi-modal transportation company in the continent. Jennifer's legal career includes significant positions at United Airlines, where responsibilities ranged from Associate General Counsel to managing labor and employment during key restructurings, as well as early experience at Laner Muchin and the City of Chicago. Jennifer began a legal career as a law clerk for Judge Suzanne B. Conlon and honed litigation skills at McDermott Will & Emery. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
