Lauren Muskat

Lauren Muskat has extensive experience in human resources and operations. Lauren is currently working as the Director of Global People Operations & Benefits at project44. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant - Benefits at project44. Before joining project44, Lauren worked at Optum as the Director of Human Capital Partner. Lauren also held various roles at Rally Health, including Director of HR Operations, Benefits & Well-being, and Senior HR Operations & Benefits Manager. Lauren has previous experience as a Benefits Manager at Total Wine & More, Benefits & Wellness Manager at Opower, and HR Associate at Discovery Communications. Lauren also worked in HR roles at ASTD and Associated Builders & Contractors. Earlier in their career, Lauren served as an Executive Assistant at George Washington University.

Lauren Muskat attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
