Szymon Przeklasa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at project44 since June 2021, Szymon oversees the Command Center Team, focusing on proactive monitoring of critical alerts and business outcomes. Previously, Szymon held roles including Team Lead for Customer Support Europe and Technical Support Specialist, contributing to team management, customer satisfaction, and technical assistance. Szymon's academic background includes a PhD candidacy at Jagiellonian University, encompassing courses on Croatian language and active participation in scientific conferences. Szymon holds a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Slavonic Studies from Jagiellonian University, further establishing a strong foundation in the field.
