Jessica Bacher has held various roles in HR and talent acquisition throughout their career. Jessica currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Prolink, where Jessica focuses on fulfilling the organization's people needs. Prior to this, Jessica worked as the Chief Talent Acquisition Officer at Mercy Health and the Vice President of HR Systems & Analytics at Schumacher Clinical Partners. Jessica has a strong background in recruiting operations and strategy development, with experience in emergency medicine recruitment and physician recruiting. Jessica holds an MBA in Business and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
