Sérgio Griffa

Sérgio Griffa is the current Finance Director at Promasidor (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. Sérgio has previously held the positions of Country CFO and Chief Financial Officer at Promasidor for 2 years 10 months, where they were responsible for all finance related areas and IT. Sérgio has also been the Finance and Operations Director at NuviBrands for 2years 6 months, where they were responsible for building and leading the finance function while turning around an unprofitable business. During their last 6 months at NuviBrands, they assumed the role of Operations Director with responsibilities over Material Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Factory Production, WHS and Distribution. Prior to that, they were the Group Operations Controller at Refriango for 3years 6 months, where they were responsible for monitoring and improving group operations performance through financial analysis for all production, logistics and distribution sites. Sérgio Griffa has also been the Finance Director at Montepuez Ruby Mining (Gemfields Group) for 1 year and VP Public Relations - Vasco da Gama Toastmasters Club for 9 months.
