Sandra Lawler is the VP Global Candidate Services at Prometric. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management.

Sandra started their career at Prometric in March 2015 as the Global Manager of Customer Services Operations and Customer Experience. In this role, they were responsible for expanding customer services to include all global locations, with a focus on customer relationship management.

In 2020, Sandra led a large-scale business continuity plan that allowed the global contact centers to work from home within one week. The priority project for 2020 was to scale up a team of 9 to 230 FTE in 8 weeks to increase seat capacity and deliver an accelerated remote assessment modality for Prometric. This required a highly agile team with cross-functional stakeholders, where Sandra played a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence.
