Andrew Greenia

Andrew Greenia is a senior associate at Promise54 and a consultant at the Rollins Consulting Group. Andrew is also a facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a barber at Dax Lee's Barber & Apothecary. With previous experience as a conflict transformation practitioner at SEEDS Community Resolution Center and a co-lead facilitator at LeaderShape, Inc., Andrew has a diverse background in education, policy research, and intergroup dialogue. Andrew holds a B.A. in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago, an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and is currently enrolled in the Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator Training Program at Stanford University.
