Erlyn M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Erlyn began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Team Lead, where they managed portfolios of delinquent auto loans and unsecured credit card debt. Erlyn performed skip tracing and negotiated payment arrangements. After that, they worked at Humana as a Team Lead, supervising and monitoring team performance while processing enrollments and analyzing claims and billing for Medicare recipients.

Erlyn then transitioned to Coca-Cola Refreshments, where they held multiple roles. As a Customer Marketing Analyst I, they processed credit memos, payments, and rebates. Erlyn also reviewed and audited customer deductions. Later, as a Dispute Management Auditor, they ensured deductions were researched and resolved promptly while maintaining electronic storage files.

Next, Erlyn worked at Cott Beverages and Refresco North America as an A/R Deduction Supervisor, managing and training teams and preparing ad hoc reporting for executive leadership. Erlyn also assisted in reconciliations and reviewed customer deductions and collections.

At Fanatics, Inc., they served as an A/R Deduction Manager, overseeing the wholesale deduction team, preparing ad hoc reporting, and reconciling ledgers and bank accounts.

Currently, Erlyn holds the position of Sr Director of Account Receivable at Promomash, where they are responsible for managing account receivable processes, resolving client claims, and validating supporting documentation. Erlyn also holds the title of Director of Deduction Management, where they manage CPG brands, improves deductions processes, and increases ROI.

Erlyn M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Phoenix between the years 2010 and 2015. Erlyn then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Phoenix from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, Erlyn M. also obtained certifications in Situational Leadership from CD2 Learning in June 2019 and in Time Management from the Coca-Cola company in January 2010.
